Arrested and extradited to Texas for someone else's crime.

Now, the next issues arise…..
How to deal with the injustice of how Holly ended up in Texas to begin with!
Sure, she accepted a package. But she committed NO crime!
The original crime was committed against the gentleman and whoever else this
“Nalkin” created credit card fraud against.
The second crime is against Holly; beginning with Nalkin, followed by the local
police departments.
According the notes of a Deputy in Hutchinson County Texas, on February 15th,
2008 a man came in and filed a claim. He researched on his end and Holly’s
name and address were revealed. The Deputy called our local police for
assistance. He left a message for Kings Mountain Detectives. At the time of the
notes, he was awaiting a response.
On February 28th, with no assistance from the Kings Mountain Detectives, the
Texas Deputy called Cleveland County Sheriff’s office to assist him with the
case. He left a message for Detective H..
March 3rd he was able to speak with Detective H. who told him that he had tried
to stop by Holly’s house but had been unable to contact her at her home. He
notes that the local Detective said the porch light was on and toys were in the
yard.
March 14th the Deputy in Texas received a message from Detective H. of
Cleveland County stating that Holly had moved and there was no one at the
house.
His notes go on to say that based on this information provided by Cleveland
County and the inability to contact Holly at the wrong numbers he had for her,
he sent the case for consideration to the District Attorneys office.
Then it progresses on to the GRAND JURY INDICTMENT, then to the ISSUING of
an ARREST WARRANT, then to Holly’s arrest in September, her time in jail in
Cleveland County, her transport to and time in jail, in Texas.
It's really ironic that they were able to find her at the same address she
supposedly moved from in March, to arrest her in September.
Moving on to the lost time she missed with her family, missing her daughter’s
15th birthday, the trauma to the children watching their mother being handcuffed
and taken away with no explanation. The children left alone by the police, this
after losing their father to an ugly murder just 3 years ago.
Then to the monetary expense of it all. Holly lost her job, lost the refinancing of
her home that was closing the day after she was arrested that they refused to
now process due her criminal charges, the $1,000 bond, the $650 flight home,
the collect phone calls, the time missed from work.
How can you say what damage has been incurred by such injustice? You can
not take back time. Holly can not go back and plan for and her daughter can not
go back and have a “do over” for her 15th birthday party. Holly can not take the
tears and sadness away from her children’s faces when she was taken from
them. The weeks she was not able to talk to them, hold them, console them. It
was an open wound until the day the Texas Deputy called to let Holly know the
charges were being dropped. Now the wound is a deep healing scar.
The injustice screams so loud and for months no one wanted to listen. There
was a lot of support. Without the support, Holly could not have endured all of the
judgments and insults that came flying at her, including from local officers who
‘advised’ strongly that Holly have the site taken down.
For now Holly and her family are recuperating slowly. Holly was able to get her
job back once the charges were officially dropped. She is putting time into her
family and their future. The children are happy to have their mother back safely
but sadly have little respect for the police.
Sound like the dust jacket of a published biography? It's on the way.
